What we’re doing to make a difference.

Making a positive difference is important to us at Kyvano. We believe that everyone should have a level playing field when it comes to recruitment. To do this, we have created a number of ideas that will aim to completely eliminate discrimination during any hiring process. We believe candidates should be judged purely on their experience and capabilities to carry out the responsibilities required. 

In addition to this, Kyvano are passionate about CSR. We understand that as a business, we have a responsibility to make a positive contribution to society. We support a number of different charities, schools and grassroots sports teams. We are proud to be a Business Partner for Spread Your Wings UK.  Our aim is to provide ongoing support to Spread Your Wings UK which will help the charity provide necessary support to those who are in need of it. We would love to discuss what our plans are to give back to this cause and the wider community, and how we will go about helping them reach their goals.
